Q: What areas do you deliver?
A: Our current delivery area is Irvine, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Newport. If you aren’t in our current area reach out, we love expanding!
Q: How much is delivery?
A: For orders over $200 delivery is complimentary, under $200 there is a $10 fee.
Q: What time will my order be delivered?
A: We deliver from 10:30 am - 3pm. At check out you will select a delivery window. We will confirm a delivery time with you 24 hours in advance.
Q: How much notice do you need to prepare my order?
A: At least 24 hours, if you need them any earlier, please call us at 949-929-0323
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, but a cancellation fee may apply depending on notice.
Q:How do you deliver your products.
A: We individually package all items and they are dropped off in temperature controlled vessels.
Q: I have an allergy, do you cater for that?
A: Of course! Just let us know your requirement and we will do our best to accommodate.
Q: Do you use seed oils?
A: No, in cooking we use avocado oil, olive oil, or butter. Our Hot & Sour soup is finished with expeller pressed sesame oil, it is cold pressed and used for finishing flavor, not cooking.
Q: How should I reheat my soup?
A: For best results, we recommend pouring the contents into a pot and reheating on the stove.
